These fake ice creams were made to be perfect replicas of the ones served at the CAMP 5th Ave store by Urban Dessert Lab. The toppings are real, but the rest is inedible, including the torched ‘marshmallow’ made of flexible foam - allowing these pieces to hold up as display items in the long term.
